Though Farmer Boys® was built on brotherhood, many remarkable women have helped shape our past, present and future. As we celebrate Women’s History Month this March, we pay tribute to all of the outstanding women whose dedication and leadership take our brand to new heights.

Kristy Foster, Vice President, Purchasing and Food Safety
Kristy Foster has been with Farmer Boys® for over 20 years, and she oversees the food sourcing and supply distribution with our local vendors to ensure high quality and impeccable service. She is dedicated to promoting our hometown farmer ethics and monitors our food safety initiatives to ensure that our guests enjoy our delicious food in a safe environment. Foster also works closely with our franchisees to introduce them to our third-party vendors and provide guidance throughout the setup process.

Daisy Alvarez, Senior Director of Marketing
Daisy Alvarez has been an integral part of our brand's marketing team since 2007. She started her journey with Farmer Boys® as a cashier and worked her way up to become a store manager. Alvarez's interest in marketing motivated her to pursue a degree from California State University, San Bernardino, after which she transitioned into a marketing coordinator role. Currently, Alvarez is our Senior Director of Marketing, where she oversees the implementation of marketing strategies for product launches, new restaurant openings and loyalty programs.

Vivian Acosta, Area Manager
Vivian has been with Farmer Boys® for 22 years and oversees several locations in Nevada. As an Area Manager, Vivian creates a culture that reflects the Farmer Boys® values. Her strategic leadership and dedication to the success of her teams have helped drive sales and profitability while ensuring the seamless operations of our restaurants.
