First in line are the dynamic brother duo, Joseph and George Sadek.

Joseph and George embarked on their franchise journey in 2007, sowing the seeds for a thriving Farmer Boys® legacy. With a flourishing legacy that includes 12 successful locations under their expert stewardship and more in development, the Sadek brothers have become the embodiment of our commitment to farm-fresh excellence and community engagement.
 
Rooted in Southern California

Joseph revealed that his decision to join the Farmer Boys® family was inspired by his Southern California roots, where Farmer Boys® originated. In his exploration, he discovered a fast-growing company, small enough at the time to foster mutual growth. Their choice to become franchise owners was a natural progression, grounded in 38 years of combined culinary experience, including pivotal roles as Area Directors for another prominent brand. This wealth of experience not only provided the expertise for a seamless transition but also set the stage for a successful partnership with Farmer Boys. Beyond business, Joseph's love for Farmer Boys' fresh food further solidified his commitment to the brand and its values.

12 Locations and Counting

Owning and operating 12 Farmer Boys® restaurants, the Sadek brothers exemplify the brand's drive for growth. Most recently the pair signed to develop two new restaurants in Visalia and Kern County, building upon their South California franchise network. Their passion is a testament to their dedication to Farmer Boys® and seamlessly aligns with the brand's strategic expansion plans.
